Hotel Location and Rates, 2009           

The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is located at One S. Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. All conference sessions will be held in the hotel. The exhibition will be held in the Indianapolis Convention Center, which is connected directly to the hotel.

A block of rooms is being held for our conferees at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis at a discounted rate of $129 for single and double occupancy.  Triple occupancy is $153; quad is $179. You must mention the Transporting Students Conference /Edupro Group to get the special room rate. 

Reservations must be made on or before February 4, 2009 to qualify for the discounted rate.

Please notify the conference in advance of any special physical needs that you have with regard to the meeting rooms or the exhibit area. Those with special needs in sleeping rooms should so advise the hotel when making reservations.
