Hotel Location and Rates, 2010         

All conference sessions, roadeo contestant registration and the exhibition will be held in the Doubletree Hotel. The Roadeo competition will be held at Orange County Public Schools Pine Hills Compound.

A block of rooms is being held for our conferees at the Doubletree Hotel at a discounted rate of $119 for single and double occupancy.  Triple occupancy is $139; quad is $159. You must mention the Transporting Students Conference /Edupro Group to get the special room rate. 

Reservations must be made by Thursday, February 25, 2010 to qualify for the discounted rate. Please reserve early -- our block is expected to sell out.

Travel Information

The hotel is located approximately 20 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. Exit Airport via the north exit and follow signs to 528 West (Beeline Expressway). Take 528 West to Interstate 4 (I–4) East. Exit on #75B (Old exit #30B) left hand exit from I-4. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Major Boulevard. The hotel is on the left.
