Hotel Location and Rates, 2011        

All conference sessions, roadeo contestant registration and the exhibition will be held in the Hyatt Regency Crown Center in Kansas City. The Roadeo competition will be held at Liberty High School.

A block of rooms is being held for our conferees at the Hyatt Regency Crown Center at a discounted rate of $119 plus fees. You must mention Edupro Group/ Transporting Students with Disabilities Conference to get the special room rate. 

Reservations must be made by Thursday, February 24, 2011 to qualify for the discounted rate. Please reserve early -- our block is expected to sell out.

Special Needs
Please notify the conference in advance of any special physical needs that you have with regard to the meeting rooms or the exhibit area. Those with special needs in sleeping rooms should so advise the hotel when making reservations.
