All conference sessions, roadeo contestant registration and the exhibition will be held at the Doubletree Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando, 5780 Major Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819. 407-351-1000

A block of rooms is being held for our conferees at the Doubletree Hotel at a discounted rate of $125 single/double. You must mention, Group Code TSD, Edupro Group/ Transporting Students with Disabilities Conference, to get the special room rate. 

Reservations must be made by 5 pm EST on February 10, 2012 to qualify for the discounted rate. Mention Group Code TSD. Please reserve early -- our block is expected to sell out.

Special Needs
Please notify the conference in advance of any special physical needs that you have with regard to the meeting rooms or the exhibit area. Those with special needs in sleeping rooms should so advise the hotel when making reservations.
