The 2010 Exhibition of Products and Services will be held in the Universal Center of the Doubletree Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando, the conference host hotel. For information on the hotel and lodging click "Hotel/Travel" on the navigation bar above.

2010 Exhibition Space Fees & Details
Exhibition space is assigned on a first-reserved basis. All space will be assigned with an effort to distance competing companies.
 The floor plan is not available at this time, but those with space reservations will be contacted on a first-reserved basis to select a booth when it becomes available.

Space reservations must be accompanied by a 50% deposit. Full payment is due by December 30, 2009.

Booth spaces include pipe and drape, ID sign, one chair, one 6 foot draped table. Bus spaces include ID sign, one chair and a 6 foot draped table. The area is carpeted.

Furnishings
Following receipt of your space reservation and payment, you will receive a packet from the exhibition services company with information on furnishings you may wish to order and on shipping procedures.

All Exhibitors Will Receive
A minimum of two full registrations to the main conference, which includes admission to all conference food functions. Complimentary registrations depend on size of space purchased, as follows:

  • two conference registrations with a 10x10 booth or small bus space.
  • three conference registrations with a 10x20 booth, island or large bus space.
  • one-time use of the list to mail to attendees following the show.
 

Registration/Badges
Exhibitors must register at the conference registration desk at the Doubletree Hotel. You must have your badge to enter the exhibit area.

Supplier Seminars
Exhibitors are welcome to propose a training seminar on their product or service. Proposals are subject to review and approval by the Conference National Board of Advisors and require a sponsorship fee. Please submit proposals by September 30, 2009.
